Tri-State Transit Authority's Notice of Nondiscrimination is as follows:
The Tri-State Transit Authority (TTA) is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from, participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color or national origin in any and all programs, activities or services administered by TIA in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related nondiscrimination authorities .
Any person who believes they've been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice may file a complaint with the TTA .
