Please Note:  Due to Federal Transit Administration Regulations, The Tri-State Transit Authority can no longer provide charter service with the trolley or any other bus in its fleet.  

To our customers, old and new, we sincerely apologize, but failure to follow Federal Transit Administration regulations places our Federal Funding at risk.
